Comparing seats at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium

Compare pitch distance, sideline and behind-goal views, and crowd sounds in A/B. Views may vary with stadium equipment and event arrangements. Block names (W, N, E and S numbers), rows and seat numbers are examples for exploring, not ticket labels. 2F is the lower stand in front of the field; 5F is the upper west stand under the roof.

What sources confirm — From the Incheon Facilities Corporation’s published site plan of the stadium (2015), we read the front and rear edges of the seating ring every 1°, scaled to the official 105 × 72 m field. The seats kept after the 2014 Games (the whole west side, the inner parts of the north and south ends and a few front rows on the east) follow the permanent-seat marking on the 2F plan of the design drawings (Populous and Heerim) published on MOLIT’s AURUM archive; the position and height of the west 3F club seats and 5F upper stand come from the 3F plan and section of the same drawings. Capacity is the corporation’s 29,376 seats.

What remains estimated — No official block map is published, so block boundaries and names (W, N, E and S numbers) are this model’s own, and per-block counts divide the 29,376 seats by area. The design drawings are only about 300 px wide, so tier positions and heights (lower stand 1.2→8 m, 3F 10.7 m, 5F 26→43 m) are estimates within about 2–3 m, and the width of the 5F upper stand matches the 3F club seats because no 5F plan is published. The 4F royal boxes, sky boxes and media seats are not modeled separately; rows, numbers, railings, roof, the east wall and sound are experience models.

Views are calculated using a 1.75 m figure, your chosen eye height and seat coordinates. Actual obstructions from people, railings or equipment and show-specific layouts may not be represented. Sound samples compare the direction and distance of instruments, speakers and crowds. They do not reproduce the venue’s actual sound quality or reverberation. Scores indicate preference fit; actual obstructions, sound quality and price are not yet included.

Orchestral audio: original samples made from VSCO 2 CE recordings (Versilian Studios, CC0). Band and game sounds are synthesized. Crowd audio uses Sandermotions’ CC0 recordings, not recordings from this venue.
