For ticket booking, cancellations, refunds and actual seating operations, contact the venue or ticket seller's official customer service. seatsoundview cannot access booking systems or reservation records.
When venue information differs
Send the venue name and page URL, item to correct, date checked and an official supporting link. Stage layouts and section names can change by event, so we also check which date the source describes.
When views or sound have problems
Include the venue, selected seat, device, browser, headphones and steps to reproduce the problem.
