Comparing seats at YES24 Live Hall

Compare stage distance, front and side views, and sound direction in A/B. Views may change with the actual stage and equipment layout. Sections, rows and numbers follow the operator’s reserved-seating chart. The 1st-floor layout changes from show to show, so its positions are examples; check each show’s booking information for the actual seats.

What sources confirm — Built from the 2026 floor-plan CAD, the stage-section CAD and the reserved-seating chart (PDF and Excel) that the operator (YES24 Live Hall Corp.) publishes as rental documents. The 337 seats on the 2nd floor (sections X, Y and Z) use the chair positions and 0.43 m spacing drawn in the CAD and the step heights from the section drawing (row 1 at 5.40 m, rising 0.35 m per row to 7.50 m at row 7). The balcony front read from the plan matches the section within 2 cm. On the 1st floor, the largest reserved layout of 714 seats (sections A–E) is placed inside the CAD floor outline (13.8 m in front of the stage, plus a 6.55 m rear platform raised 0.275 m that holds the sound console). Sections, rows, numbers and per-section seat counts (A 191 · B 156 · C 191 · D 88 · E 88 · X 85 · Y 167 · Z 85) match the reserved-seating chart. The 20.9 m stage width, 10.5 m depth, 1.29 m height and 8.94 m proscenium height come from the same drawings.

What remains estimated — The 1st floor uses movable seating, so the number of rows, the layout and the numbering change from show to show, and the operator itself calls the reserved-seating chart a ‘guide’. The chart is an unscaled grid, so 1st-floor seat positions are examples: the 0.95 m row spacing (same as the 2nd floor), 0.45 m seat spacing, 1 m aisles and 1.6 m gap in front of the stage are estimates, and placing sections D and E on the raised rear platform beside the console is inferred from the console’s position on the chart. Over-the-heads sightline scores on the flat 1st floor depend heavily on these spacings, so compare them only within this venue. The 2nd-floor CAD shows 332 chairs against 337 on the chart: rows 2–7 of centre section Y are re-spaced at the CAD pitch, and rows 1, 2, 3 and 5 of side sections X and Z gain 10 seats in total at their wall ends. Side-section row heights reuse the centre values. The balcony front is drawn as the steel railing seen in official photos and the section (bars at 0.18 and 0.43 m, top rail at 0.70 m). The top handrail is about 1.2 m, re-estimated from the railing in three 2nd-floor seat photos rather than the 0.90 m in the 2006 section, so from 2nd-floor rows 1–5 it crosses the stage (the performers or the screens above them). A thin 0.92 m panel drawn at the outer edge of the section does not appear in the photos and is left out (if an opaque panel is there, it hides a little of the stage front edge from the centre of 2nd-floor row 1). On screen the balcony front hangs down to 2.5 m, lower than the real underside (4.8 m), and the walls and ceiling are the shared arena model, so they look wider than the real hall (21–25 m). The 12 venue-held seats (section Z, row 5) are for view comparison only. Standing shows (up to 1,700 on the 1st floor) and wheelchair spaces are not included, and acoustics are modeled values.

Views are calculated using a 1.75 m figure, your chosen eye height and seat coordinates. Actual obstructions from people, railings or equipment and show-specific layouts may not be represented. Sound samples compare the direction and distance of instruments, speakers and crowds. They do not reproduce the venue’s actual sound quality or reverberation. Scores indicate preference fit; actual obstructions, sound quality and price are not yet included.
