Sound experience
About the sound
A sample combining rhythm and melody · Direction and distance change with your seat.
Model calculations from the selected seat to the reference point. A larger angular size means the person appears larger.
A/B score comparison
Considers the 18 m distance, overall view, and central alignment together.
Considers the 26 m distance, overall view, and central alignment together.
Preference fit combines weighted distance, overall view, and central alignment. Actual obstructions, sound quality, and price are not yet included. How to read the scores
Comparing seats at BEXCO Auditorium
Compare stage distance, front and side views, and sound direction in A/B. Views may change with the actual stage and equipment layout. Sections, rows and seat numbers follow the official seating plan (audience level 1 = building 3F, audience level 2 = building 4F). Floor heights in the side sections are estimates carried over from the center section. Wheelchair spaces, loose seats and retractable side seats are not included.
How this experience was built
What sources confirm — We read all 2,625 seats of BEXCO’s published auditorium seating plan (audience levels 1 and 2, every seat numbered) with their official sections, rows and numbers, and converted them to metres by matching the chairs drawn in the same operator’s technical drawings — the 2023 stage-equipment floor plan and the stage-lighting upper floor plan (median error 2 cm on level 1, 1 cm on level 2). Drawing scales were set from the grid dimension lines, and each row’s floor height comes from the stepped finish line of the official longitudinal section (level 1, 22 rows: 0→5.15 m; level 2, 8 rows: 8.53→11.75 m). The 32.3 × 19.2 × 10.2 m main stage, the stage floor at +0.85 m and the 15.8 × 4.88 m orchestra lift are values from the official technical specifications and drawings.
What remains estimated — The section cuts only the center axis, so the side sections (A, B, D, E, F, G) use the height of the same row number in the center section (an estimate). The section’s tread depth (0.95 m) differs from the level-1 row spacing on the plans (1.0 m), so heights are assigned by row number rather than by distance. The 20 wheelchair spaces, the 277 loose seats on the orchestra lift, and the 552 retractable and 528 loose seats on the side stages are not included, and the lift is not drawn as stage (it serves as stage, pit or loose seating depending on the event). The level-2 front parapet applies the 0.62 m ledge of the center section to every level-2 section as an approximation; walls, ceiling height and acoustics are modeled.
Views are calculated using a 1.75 m figure, your chosen eye height and seat coordinates. Actual obstructions from people, railings or equipment and show-specific layouts may not be represented. Sound samples compare the direction and distance of instruments, speakers and crowds. They do not reproduce the venue’s actual sound quality or reverberation. Scores indicate preference fit; actual obstructions, sound quality and price are not yet included.
Orchestral audio: original samples made from VSCO 2 CE recordings (Versilian Studios, CC0). Band and game sounds are synthesized. Crowd audio uses Sandermotions’ CC0 recordings, not recordings from this venue.
