What sources confirm — We read every one of the 2,222 seat cells in sections A–I on the operator’s (KBS Business) official seating plan and assigned sections, rows and numbers; every section’s seat count matches the plan (A 317 · B 239 · C 245 · D 186 · E 240 · F 186 · G 324 · H 248 · I 237). The plan is scaled to the official 20 × 32 m floor area (seat pitch about 0.48 m; the recess behind the stage comes out at 10 × 10 m), and the 22.7 m stage width and 6.5 m depth are read from the stage outline on the same plan.

What remains estimated — The published drawing is a plan only, so tier and step heights are estimates: the front rows around the floor start 1.3 m above the floor and rise 0.40 m per row, and the rear sections B·C·H·I and the outer rows of D·E·F start at 5.6 m and rise 0.45 m per row; official photos confirm only the two-level arrangement. The scale is an approximation that fits both sides of the floor area within ±2%, and the 0.9 m stage height, ceiling and walls are modeled values. Floor section J (unnumbered movable seats) and standing areas are not included, and actual stage layouts and sold sections vary by show.

Views are calculated using a 1.75 m figure, your chosen eye height and seat coordinates. Actual obstructions from people, railings or equipment and show-specific layouts may not be represented. Sound samples compare the direction and distance of instruments, speakers and crowds. They do not reproduce the venue’s actual sound quality or reverberation. Scores indicate preference fit; actual obstructions, sound quality and price are not yet included.

Orchestral audio: original samples made from VSCO 2 CE recordings (Versilian Studios, CC0). Band and game sounds are synthesized. Crowd audio uses Sandermotions’ CC0 recordings, not recordings from this venue.
